3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- You must provide accurate and complete information during booking
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or advance payment as specified
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking without prior notice if payment is not received
3.2 Payment Terms
- Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or other methods as specified
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
- GST and applicable taxes will be added as per government regulations
- Payment gateway charges, if any, will be borne by the customer
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation charges apply as follows (based on the total package cost):
- More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total cost
- 15-30 days before departure: 25% of the total cost
- 7-14 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
- No-show: No refund
4.2 Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel any package due to:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events
- Government restrictions or travel advisories
- Insufficient bookings (minimum numbers not met)
- Safety concerns or security risks
In such cases, we will offer you:
- Alternative dates or packages (subject to availability)
- Full refund (if alternative is not acceptable)
4.3 Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of cancellation
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method
- Processing fees and gateway charges may be deducted
- For international payments, exchange rate fluctuations will be borne by the customer
5. Travel Documents and Requirements
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.)
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel
- Visa requirements must be checked and obtained before departure
- Health requirements, including vaccinations, must be fulfilled
- We are not liable for any losses due to incomplete or invalid documents
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Loss, damage, or injury caused by third-party service providers
- Natural disasters, acts of God, or force majeure events
- Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond our control
- Loss of personal belongings, baggage, or valuables
- Accidents, injuries, or illnesses during the tour
6.2 Insurance
We strongly recommend that you:
- Purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation and interruption
- Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
- Baggage loss, damage, or delay
- Personal liability and accidents
Travel insurance is not included in the package price unless specified.

You agree to:
- Respect local customs, traditions, and laws
- Behave in a responsible and respectful manner towards other travelers and locals
- Follow the instructions of tour guides and staff
- Protect the environment and not litter
- Not engage in any illegal activities
- Be responsible for any damage caused to hotels, vehicles, or property
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Nainital, Uttarakhand, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10.2 Mediation and Arbitration
- Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation
- If mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- The arbitration shall be conducted in Nainital, Uttarakhand, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
